Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use and contact our desk before proceeding.

Investment risk acknowledgement

Copy trading and trading bots carry a significant risk of loss. Results depend on market conditions and the strategy you choose, and past performance is not indicative of future results. An investment plan pays the return it publishes, on the schedule it publishes. The platform does not offer personalised financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial trading services in your jurisdiction. We may require verification of identity, source of funds or residence before or during use of the service.

Account registration & security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials, including enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Deposits, withdrawals & fees

Deposits are credited to your wallet after network confirmation. Withdrawal requests are initiated and processed within standard timeframes, subject to fraud checks. Any applicable fees are published before you confirm a transaction.

Plans, bot strategies & automation

Administration of plans, risk levels and strategies occurs through the platform and can be adjusted over time; changes apply to new activity, and scheduled plans continue their terms as published. Automated systems operate under the risk controls described in our Risk Disclosure.

Acceptable use

You may not manipulate markets on the platform, abuse bonuses, launder funds, tamper with systems or share another person’s identity. Violations can lead to restriction, reporting or account closure.

Intellectual property & licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform. ASHFORGE CAPITAL retains all rights to its software, brand, analytics and content.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as our services and law evolve. Material changes are notified in advance through platform announcements or email; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are subject to the law of our operating jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised with our support desk so we can resolve them quickly and fairly.
